FAQs

PURCHASING OUR DOUGH

  • Our dough is sold at select Walmart locations.

  • If you’re unable to find our dough at your Walmart location please contact us using the form on our Contact Page. You can also make requests directly to your store.

USAGE

  • We recommend defrosting the dough by placing in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. Keep the dough refrigerated until you are ready to use it.

  • Yeast is not needed for the dough to rise, it’s already mixed into the dough. Instead, make sure the dough is fully thawed and leave in the refrigerator, covered, until it rises itself. Refolding the dough may also bring back its proper shape and help add some spring to it.

  • Let the dough rest for 10-20 minutes and make sure it’s near room temperature.

  • No, we recommend that you do not refreeze the dough once it has been thawed.

EXPIRATION

  • Six months in the freezer from the time of production. The store from which it was purchased attaches a sticker onto the bag that contains the expiration date.

  • We recommend that dough kept in the refrigerator be used up to 3 days after being thawed.

  • Our dough can be used 12-18 hours depending on ambient room temperature.
